On the driver’s website, fans will be able to buy exclusive products
Driver Sérgio Sette Câmara is currently one of the exponents of Brazilian motorsport. Competing for the Dragon Penske team in the Formula-E World Championship, the young man from Belo Horizonte has already had experiences with the McLaren, Red Bull and Alpha Tauri teams in Formula-1. Before that, for three years, he competed in the Formula-2 World Championship.
With a legion of more than 100,000 followers on social networks, Sergio says that one of the requests he receives most from his fans is items from his race gear. “Since the days of karting, people have contacted me asking how they can buy the products I wear in the races. A cap, sneakers, a sweater… Anyway, everything related to my world of competition, I noticed that it aroused the interest and desire of people who follow my career”, he commented.
In this sense, together with his personal staff, Sette Câmara joined the Mano-R brand, specialized in the design of competition clothing and launched this Friday (24) the S7 Store. At this first moment, fans will be able to purchase shirts, windbreaker jackets, hats and even replicas of his helmets.
The items are for sale on his website – sergiosettecamara.com – and can be purchased using the PayPal payment system. Shipping will be by mail and customers can choose whether they prefer to receive by SEDEX or PAC.
According to Ubiratan Valdez, from Mano-R, designing the pieces for Sette Câmara was a great honor. “Since Serginho started to compete in karting, here in Brazil, I always made the overalls for him. I followed his career growth step by step and felt very happy to be remembered when signing his first clothing collection. I tried to use modern features, which refer to the trends in technology and innovation of Formula-E, as well as when choosing fabrics and models for the caps”, highlighted the professional.
1:2 scale helmet replicas
The most exclusive pieces at the S7 Store are the replicas of Sérgio Sette Câmara’s helmet. Made of resin, the products are 100% handcrafted and painted with the same technology as the driver’s official helmet. The mini helmets are designed with a layout identical to the original helmet in a 1:2 scale and come with an acrylic dome to facilitate its exhibition. The miniatures are signed by the artist Felipe Torres and are internally all lined like the original piece. As they are exclusive and handcrafted pieces, the replicas of the helmet have a longer delivery period. Buyers can receive it between 45 and 60 days.
